This article seeks to shed some light on the understanding of work on the racism and antiracism phenomena, based on a young women�s political awareness program. It is believed that since both racist and antiracist political stands and behaviors are gender bound, they influence people at different degrees. Therefore, in effectively dealing with the issue of racism, gender-specific theoretical and methodological proposals are necessary. After contextualizing the study, a brief description of the three stages which served as empirical basis for gender-specific work with young women is presented. First, the state-of-the-art and the theoretical foundations for antiracist young women�s political awareness programs. Second, the intervention stage, dealing with the development and implementation of a psycho pedagogical proposal for gender-bound women�s awareness programs. Third, the results analysis of the intervention stage, from the perspective of Action Research and women feminist studies. In conclusion, explores the signification and the design of pedagogical antiracist proposals. The antiracist intervention realize of Germany.
