This work has two parts, in the first part, makes a review of the papers in the Journal Estudios de Derecho about the sexual penal law during its one hundred years of history. In the second part, makes an analysis, from some penal types with sexual content, the nexus between penal law and catholic moral, during the penal code of 1936 stating of being force.
