This paper grade is entered in the characterization of the conflict between the promises, regulatory compliance, and personal interests in children between 6 and 8 years old belonging to an educational institution of the Ministry of Social Integration Capital District of Bogota. The dilemmas proposed by Yanez (2010) were adapted into illustrations and used. The results were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively according to the proposed criteria, within a micro-genetic perspective.
