The emergence and development of place in Colombia is closely connected to projects of school architecture designed by those who are considered to be the masters of contemporary Colombian architecture: Fernando Martinez, Rogelio Salmona, Guillermo Bermudez. This article studies the shapes and ideas that underlie this architecture, as well as its pedagogical potential.
