Sixteen species of rust-Iungi (Uredinales) are registered parasitizing species of eighteen Genera of Graminicolous plants at the Antioquia Department, Colombia, South America. The sixteen species are deposited in medel and mmum's Herbaries. Eleven species of Puccinia Persoon, three of Uromyces (Link) Unger and two 01 Genus-form Uredo were studied. Uromyces clignyi Patouillard & Hariot collected on Dichantium annulatum Stapf. and Uredo melinidis Kern collected on Melinis minutiflora Beauvois are registe red for the lirst time lor Colombia. Calamagrostis pittieri Hack. is a new host lor Puccinia graminis Persoon.
