In the current enterprise environment, imbibed in the framework of permanent technological advance, information globalization, and markets randomness and uncertainty, organizational structure evolution and updating is mandatory. In special, taking into account the Colombian enterprise configuration, in which 98% of the organizations consist of MISME and generate 85% of national employment (ICT national plan, 2008). One way to face this problem is by means of SME enterprise and manager’s affiliation to collaborative processes supported by communication and information technologies (ICT), in order to look for sustainable competitive advantages.
