La empresa como organizacion de personas merece ser pensada por la racionalidad filosofica, por la logica de lo social y lo tecnico, por la inteligencia de la revelacion cristiana y por la sabiduria corriente de toda persona. En fin de cuentas, porque lo que esta en juego es la verdad sobre la dignidad de la persona. Queremos alejarnos de una mirada funcionalista y economicista de la empresa moderna, para llegar al nucleo de su mayor comprension: la persona como el patrimonio mayor de toda empresa. El problema de la Responsabilidad Social de la Empresa1 compromete la relacion intrinseca que debe existir entre etica de la economia y empresa. La Doctrina Social de la Iglesia2 es recurrente en la idea de pensar la empresa como una comunidad de personas que gozan de la misma dignidad, y que por esto la RSE se entiende no en el sentido material de cosas que se dan (filantropia), sino en el sentido teleologico de dar significatividad a las personas que constituyen la empresa, a la sociedad y a la naturaleza misma. Estamos convencidos que el tema de la RSE es solo la forma (el como) de una esencia que amerita mayor reflexion en el mundo contemporaneo de la empresa: la etica de las personas que constituyen las organizaciones empresariales como fundamento de la RSE (el que del asunto). Tal vez, aqui este la novedad del problema que nos ocupa. ABSTRACT The company as organization of people deserves to be thought by the philosophical rationality, by the logic of the social thing and the technician, by the intelligence of the Christian revelation and by the current wisdom of all person. In aim of accounts, because what is in game it is the truth on the dignity of the person. We want to move away of a funcionalista and economicista glance of the modern company, to arrive at the nucleus of its greater understanding: the person like the older patrimony of all company. The problem of the Social Responsibility of the Company it jeopardizes the intrinsic relation that must exist between ethics of the economy and company. Christian Social Teaching is recurrent in the idea to think the company like a community of people who enjoy the same dignity, and who by this the RSE is understood in the material sense of things do not occur (Philanthropy), but the teleological sense to give significatividad to the people that constitute the company, to the society and the same nature. We are convinced that the subject of the RSE is only the form (how) of an essence that warrants greater reflection in the contemporary world of the company: the ethics of the people who constitute the enterprise organizations like foundation of the RSE (what of the subject). Perhaps, it is the newness of the problem here that occupies to us.
