espanolEl articulo presenta resultados de la investigacion cuyo objetivo fue analizar la incidencia del programa orientado al fomento del componente cognitivo de la capacidad creativa mediante la formulacion de preguntas investigativas en los puntajes del test CREA obtenidos por ninos(as) de 11 a 13 anos de edad. Se utilizo la metodologia cuantitativa, diseno preexperimental pretes postest con el grupo de 20 ninos en edades entre 11 y 13 anos. Como instrumento se utilizo el test de medida cognitiva de creatividad CREA. En calidad de variable independiente se utilizo el programa “Aprendiendo a hacer Preguntas”, disenada para el presente estudio, que incluye actividades que permiten desarrollar las habilidades del pensamiento como flexibilidad, originalidad y fluidez mediante la formulacion de “buenas” preguntas investigativas en diferentes contextos, permitiendo el acercamiento al conocimiento mas alla de lo explicito o comun. Los resultados del estudio mostraron un aumento estadisticamente significativo en los puntajes obtenidos por los ninos en el postest, independientemente de la variable genero, lo cual permite plantear que las actividades propuestas en el Programa disenado tienen una incidencia positiva en el componente cognitivo de la capacidad creativa. Sin embargo, para una mayor validez de resultados se recomienda replicar la investigacion en una muestra mas grande. EnglishThe article presents results of research whose objective was to analyze the impact of the programme aimed at the development of the cognitive component of creative ability through the formulation of research questions in the scores of the test creates obtained by children of 11 to 13 years of age. Used quantitative methodology with pretest posttest design with the group of 15 children aged between 11 and 13. CREA cognitive measurement test was used as an instrument. As a independent variable was used the programme Learning to make questions, designed for the present study, which includes activities that will develop the thinking skills like flexibility, originality and fluidity through the formulation of good research questions in different contexts, allowing the approach to knowledge beyond the explicit or common. The results of the study showed a significant increase in scores for children in the posttest, which allows to propose that the activities proposed in the designed program point to the cognitive component of creative capacity building. However, for a greater validity of results is recommended replicate the research in a larger sample.
