Contribuciones a la implementación de un programa de atención farmacéutica para paciente ambulatorio en un hospital de tercer nivel de Bogotá D.C., II-2005
The development of Pharmaceutical Care programs becomes an opportunity to improve and to strengthen the Health Care to the patient. The Pharmacotherapy Follow-up and the detection of Drug Related Problems (DRP) were made through the application of Dader Methodology. They were detected 19 DRP and they considered about 31 pharmaceutical interventions; also, were evaluated the favorable and unfavorable administrative aspects for the implementation and development of the program.
