Vegetable nutrition depends on several factors such as minerals, microorganisms and organic molecules. These, at the same time, are related with the physical, chemical and biological conditions of the floor. The additions of organic matter or organic-mineral manure favor this condition because they contain molecules that feed microbial populations which segregate the required enzymes to solubilize minerals or to mineralize it, but they don't replace the necessities of most of the cultivations. This dynamics is determined by the presence of elements that intervene in the fixation of the nitrogen or the production of organic acids that liberate phosphorus, but can also affect bio availability of several nutrients or microbial populations.
