After reviewing several papers on intestinal nematode egg counts, we decided to make a comparison of the Kato Katz method and the modified Beaver technic. For this study an educational Institution for poor children was chosen, that involved 250 students and 13 teachers, all of which were examined using the two egg count methods in the stool examinations.
