Paper presented in the XII National Congress of Legal Medicine and Forensic Sciences, Cartagena, November, 2004, which states a victimologic reflection about the limits and scope of the Legislative Act 03 of 2002, the draft of the Criminal Procedure Code, around the concept and role of the victims of the crime in the new system of Colombian criminal prosecution, in front of the implementation of the constitutional reform in the law 906 of 2004.
