Designing, implementing and controlling projects oriented to encouraging a change in attitude, beliefs, and behavior of members of a rural community in order to relieve their social problems by applying new and modern administrative and production technologies. This is the challenge to be met by most governmental and private non profit institutions involved with this situation. The Cali Horticola project has the purpose to achieve a better welfare for La Elvira community.
