The Legis case did part of the project Built to last in Colombia that wants to illustrate some managerial practices that make Colombian enterprises last in time. It follows a methodological design of multiple case, the information has been recompiled using a guide that consists in ten categories and forty three sub categories of analysis. There were used multiple sources of information to support the case and researchers were consulted to guarantee the validity of the results. The conclusions emphasize in the importance of social responsibility in the strategic process, managerial innovations and goverment-entreprise relationships.
