Article discussing the different interpretations that various authors have made on the processes of globalization, others in favor, others against, some combined, as well as some focused on its dimensions, and the direct relationship of its occurrence with the emergence of profound technological changes that have caused such important irreversible changes in the behavior of humankind. Detailed explanation on the hypothesis that globalization is a multidimensional historical process, with structural contents and systematically, hardly reversible character to the profound changes and technological transformations produced, especially in communications and transport that have allowed to interconnect the planet in real time by the interaction of different actors of the International System.
