Soil is a nonrenewable natural resource, is a three-dimensional considrea as having physical, chemical and biological dwell therein macro, meso and micro-organisms also maintain plants and minerals taken from him. The solid component of the soil, contains a fraction of organic matter, which gives appropriate conditions for the development of plants and other inhabitants of the soil, this comes from living plant and animal residues and dead on the floor leading to different characteristics, as CIC cationbico exchange capacity, electrical conductivity EC, pH, color, temperature, density, permeability, texture, structure, among others. The different agricultural activities or livestock deteriorate these conditions and thus reduce production capacity. For this reason, the addition of matter organized through fermented organic fertilizers AOF, becomes an alternative to improve plant nutrition, feeding organisms and soil properties.
