On May 7, 2012, was made public the new labor law (LOTTT), that regulate labor relations in the country. The recent modification of this law, brings major incidents on the labor management in the companies, becuse changes fundamental rules related to daily work activities, and legal relationships between the entities of work and the workers. This research aims to examine in detail the changes in the labor law incorporated into the new LOTTT, to determine the business areas for involvement product changes. This research is documentary based and interpretive type, based on the applicable rules and regulations and other legal device was correlated. It was concluded that the current LOTTT, incorporates significant changes related to job security of workers, working hours, holidays and utilities; likewise it changed the way of calculating benefits, increase the periods of time limitation, and introduced a chapter related to establishing penalties for offenders in labor matters.
