Este trabajo explicita el escenario para fortalecer el liderazgo en los estudiantes de la Maestria en Administracion del Desarrollo Humano y Organizacional en la Universidad Tecnologica de Pereira, Colombia. Se inicia con una vision objetiva de la realidad que la circunda el programa academico, se establecen objetivos para los directivos, docentes y estudiantes orientados a potencializar cada una de las fases del modelo de liderazgo AMCO. Se definen los conocimientos o temas conceptuales a desarrollar, se determinan las estrategias o acciones concretas a corto, mediano y largo plazo y por ultimo se establecen indicadores que permitiran la administracion del proceso. It begins with an objective vision of the reality of the academic syllabus, it establishes objectives for directors, professors and students in order to potencialize each and every phase of the leadership model AMCO. The system of knowledge and the themes are defined. The strategies are determined as well as the actions to be accomplished in short, medium and long terms.
