El cuidado de enfermeria a la persona se analiza desde dos perspectivas: tomando los enfoques de tres teorias en enfermeria (Leininger, Orem y Watson) y el planteamiento de Habermas sobre la accion comunicativa; estos se relacionan como un proceso cooperativo de interaccion transcultural entre la persona y la(el) enfermera(o), quienes son capaces de utilizar el lenguaje y la accion en una relacion interpersonal de participacion y de interlocucion para planear y actuar bajo terminos de mutua interpretacion y entendimiento, basados en la argumentacion y el consenso, y finalmente, realizar las acciones con fines beneficos que lleven el desarrollo de la salud y la vida de toda persona receptora y/o soliocita del cuidado de enfermeria. ABSTRACT Nursing care for the person is analyzed from two different perspectives: The approaches of three nursing theorists (Leininger, Orem and Watson) and the thesis of Habermas on communicative action. These approaches are related as a cooperative process of transcultural interaction between the person and the nurse, who are able to use language and action in and interpersonal relationship of participation and interlocution so as to plan and act through mutual interpretation and understanding. This, is done based on argumentation and consensus to finally carry out actions with beneficial goals for the development of the health and life of every person receiving and/or requesting nursing care.
