The present text pick up some of the conceptual elements of the investigation work carried out by the author like student of the program of Master in Administration of the National University of Colombia and some other more recent reflections carried out by the same one around the speech of the knowledge and the possibility of management it in the organizational context (knowledge Management- it s accustomed to named to this theoretical perspective). In him it s approached the problem of the know ledge like integral part of the organizations, leaving some the observation of the simple administrative speech that sustains it, a speech that has been in fashion in our context since more than five years ago.
