Corporate Social Responsibility ( CSR) has been a subject that has given a great development in recent decades as a result of globalization , the boom of the media and social media and the rise of the large emerging economies, where it has grown significantly the production of goods and services, which are sometimes produced under denial of labor rights and the environment . It has also influenced the perception that natural resources are limited and can not continue consuming at current rates, let alone considering the levels of poverty that exist in many developing (MIF , 2011) countries. CSR theme composed one of the most current research topics of great importance in the formation of professionals with ability to face the great challenges of our time , being able to combine their scientific knowledge and values ​​related to our society , so that , corporate social responsibility is essential for proper job performance that meets the needs of the current Colombian society. This project will be announced CSR practices of Adidas and Puma , which will make a scenario of business improvement that are not based on the same strategy , but if the same end , which will make critical and constructive know and mention the possible advantages and disadvantages of their tactics. Adidas , Puma and many more companies could contribute to improving the quality of life of generations that are coming and they are the future of the world, from strategies to develop it and continuously.
