Entre los fines de la administracion se encuentran los perseguidos mediante los contratos estatales, los cuales constituyen una modalidad de actos administrativos; razon por la cual, les son aplicables los atributos de los actos unilaterales proferidos por los organismos publicos, en particular las presunciones de legalidad, ejecucion oficiosa, revocabilidad y estabilidad. EnglishThe Public Administration obtains the accomplishment of his state purposes across the administrative acts, which in a Social State of Law since constitutionally prescribed in our nation they have to adjust to the juridical existing classification, in this order of ideas the performances of the Administration must adjust to the top procedure. Between the state purposes of the Administration the obtained ones are by means of the state contracts, which in this order of ideas constitute a modality of administrative acts, reason for which they there would be applicable the attributes of the administrative acts, especially the presumptions of legality, semiofficial execution, revocability and stability.
