Strengthening critical thinking through axiological imaginaries, is a work that is developed in the Alvernia Educational Institution of the Municipality of Puerto Asis Department of Putumayo, through the implementation of a didactic unit in which workshops are developed framed in readings, stories , observations of models, solution of questionnaires and other activities, with which it is intended that through the narratives of the children's axiological imaginaries, critical thinking skills can be identified and recommended processes that lead to the formation of concepts to assume behaviors that lead to healthy coexistence in the classroom. The work begins with the approach to the problem through a description, formulation and with the establishment of a general objective and three specific objectives to be able to determine if the boys and girls of the second year of basic primary education have the ability to produce critical knowledge and project this knowledge towards the relationships between their peers, their teachers, the family and the community, to achieve the construction of values.
