In this work, equivalence relationships in the translation of eventive UFE were described. For this, a corpus of parallel texts (Spanish-English) on the domain of renewable energies was created. This domain was selected in order to retake and apply the postulates and results obtained by Bevilacqua (2004) for the description and identification of eventive UFE. To carry out the analysis, comparison parameters were established at the morphosyntactic, semantic and pragmatic level following some considerations of the notion of phraseological equivalence (Corpas, 2003) and the rules of conformation of eventive UFE (Bevilacqua, 2004) the results show that the equivalence in the translation of eventive UFE is complex and appears as a continuum: an equivalence between total and null. From the morphosyntactic point of view, changes in the underlying structure of the eventual nucleus (NE), elisions of elements of the argument structure and changes in the syntactic surface realization between the NE and the terminological nucleus (NT) were evidenced. At the semantic level, changes were observed in the lexical composition of the eventual UFE and in the thematic structure of the plot. Conceptual variation was also identified as a factor that affects the equivalence of these units at this level. At a pragmatic level, some textual and communicative implications that condition the translation of eventual UFE were identified.
