Currently, the software industry has big challenges for the construction and maintenance of software in terms of quality, costs and time; for this reason, the industry has generated diversity of methodologies, process, standards and models to address these challenges, but is complex to accomplish this with the single application of only one process that meets the goal. Today there are wide variety of software companies with different purposes, customers and markets, so you can say that the key to meet the goal is choice the correct and most appropriate methodologies and their correct integration into organizational context. This study contains the integration of several of these methodologies and standards in the software development process of an SME (small an median enterprise), specifically the framework to integrate is SCRUM cataloged like Agile and highly accepted by industry, with the improvement model PSP that is recognized by the results achieved in the organizations that implementing it. Also added to the process the product evaluation through of a product quality standard recognized worldwide such as the ISO 25000. The integration of these two models and the quality standard is aimed to improve the quality and productivity of the SME.
