The attempt to achieve national security is not without controversy, because it is used for different purposes, among them anti-terrorist measures are used, legal and illegal, in both cases, with obvious human rights violations. Despite its excesses, the fight against terrorism has many followers and is where most rulers have all sorts of fans. Counterterrorist actions, populist rulers adhere to settle the crisis of power and control the exclamations of discontent. Now, it appears the union neopopulism, neoliberalism and populism with unscrupulous leaders who remain in power, using the anti-terrorism to keep �save democracy�, especially the three classic powers concentrated in them, attacking all sorts of rights. Thus, the neopopulists solve problems of national security, raised the theoretical terrorist threat.
