Research work focused on identifying the involvement of beneficiaries and/or participants in community kitchens program belonging to the policy publishes food and nutritional security in Bogota. For this case was taken as a basis, the concepts of Social State of law, Policy Public at the Social rule of law and their approaches, as well as social control and participation to establish the guidelines for which is wanted to focus the research. In this sense became a field work in three community kitchens in the city of Bogota, specifically in the locality of San Cristobal, between 2011 and 2013, where is upon interviews to depth and focus groups with beneficiaries, operators and programme officers.
