espanolEn este articulo se presentan los resultados arrojados en la investigacion contratada por la Camara de Comercio de Manizales, para evidenciar la existencia o no de costumbre mercantil en el termino de duracion del contrato de arrendamiento de bien inmueble urbano y en el termino para notificar la terminacion del mismo, por parte de las personas naturales y juridicas que administran bienes inmuebles urbanos con destino al arrendamiento de los mismos, mediante la utilizacion de un metodo descriptivo analitico con la tecnica del censo. EnglishIn this article they present the results obtained in the investigation contracted by the Camara de Comercio de Manizales, to determine the existence or not of commercial practice within duration of the contract of lease of urban property and in the term to notify the completion of the same one, on the part of the natural and juridical persons who administer urban real estate with destination to the lease of the same ones, using an analytical descriptive method with the technique of the census.
