The following work was accomplished under the interinstitutional agreement between Pontificia Universidad Javeriana s Law Clinic and The Magdalena Medio Peace and Development Program. It is an account of the activities undertaken in advocacy of the legal, political and associative struggle of a peasant community called Las Pavas , located in the Southern Department of Bolivar, Colombia.
