This case study will present the problem of the increase in greenhouse gas emissions and its relation to the company Eléctricos, Ingeniería y Servicios SAS, analyzing the energy demand it has and, thus, providing a suggested strategy to address this problem. For this, it is essential to innovate the industrial field in a way that generates value to the environment and also, to have as a reference the history of implementation of ODS and its evolution to the current one. To this end, the company's current actions are taken into account, focusing on these aspects: Intentionality, ambition, consistency, collaboration and responsibility. As a result, an action plan is proposed where the aspects that have one are developed that allows to show the key points to be addressed to develop a continuous improvement for the sustainability of the company having as central axes the sustainable development goals 7, 8, 9 and 13 given by the UN. This action plan includes the implementation of new management systems such as the Modern Maintenance Management System (SAMM), representing an opportunity to improve the operational efficiency and quality of the EIS service without neglecting the challenges associated with the integration of the system into the current operation, all in order to ensure a smooth and effective transition that meets the needs and expectations of employees in terms of professional development and personal growth in compliance with the commitment present in the SDGs covered by the system.
