Análisis comparado de las Políticas de Inmigración e Integración frente a la comunidad roma/gitana. Una aproximación desde la Securitización de la política exterior en Francia e Italia entre 2003 y 2010
This research seeks to answer questions concerning the social construction of perceptions about the existential threats that allow a State to take extraordinary measures to resolve an issue that has become a priority for its foreign policy, carrying out a speech and securitization act. More specifically, this paper focuses on explaining how the migration and presence of the Gypsy community in France and Italy has become an issue that threatens the societal security of both from 2003 to 2010, resulting in these governments by making extraordinary decisions in immigration matters.
