The pandemic derived from the Sars COV 2 generated a very high impact on the provision of the health body service, resulting in the need for new strategies that would allow the continuity of medical care by migrating to the use of information and telecommunications technologies, tools connectivity fundamentals that helped provide continuity in medical care through remote interaction models. At the same time, modernization also made it possible to jointly explore activities through the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI), a technology that is opening up a world of possibilities in clinical, care and administrative practice with positive results. However, it is important to take into account how these advances can generate conflicts between the different actors involved in the medical care processes, that is, between the patient, the AI or its developers and the medical team, intending to evaluate relevant questions in this chapter such as what ethical considerations should be taken into account when using AI? Or how would responsibility be attributed for damage resulting from an “autonomous” decision of the eventual self-awareness of this type of technology?
