This article gets close to explaining the phenomenom of active participation of audiences in media. Its the study of two colombian media web portals which incorporated the participation of its audiences in: comunidad semana, from semana.com and yo publico,city.com.co. from the analysis you can observe if the audience has more participation in the digital versions of media through participating platforms. However the study found that there is no efficient management and use from such contributions in journalism practice.
