The paper presents the research results of a proyect developing the last years about "El Otoño del Patriarca". This research suffered a variation about the reflection on the objectives of philosophical reading of a literary text , and has been the consequence of, on the one hand, a shift in relationship determinations between dimensions of language, power, time and space open by narrative, and in other hand, a difference of perspective about the discursive formation of these relations in "El Otoño del Patriarca" as a narrative, oral and poetic work.
