The following work shows the new dynamics of development, through the study of two recent alternative development, the case Chemonics and the case ADAM (Municipal Alternative Development Areas), in Putumayo. He wondered, specifically, what are the strategies for implementing the ADAM program and how to make the power networks that are woven into the framework of alternative development programs in the department of Putumayo.
