A double blind test had been made to compare the relationship between observers at the mammographic calcifications such as it is described by BIRADS at it fourt edition which was compared with the gold test (biopsy realized by sterotaxy) finding a low relation with a kappa : 0.324 (IC95% 0.176-0.469) same or close to the reported at the review. The positives predictive values and the odds ratio for the different calcifications groups had been calcuted as well ( VPP), finding than the fine linear or branched presents a VPP of the fifty percent and a positive OR of 0.26; those values could be affected by the lowest concordance at the calcification but it allowed to make a close approach to our Colombian females.
