This document carries out a systematic literature review for the relationship between strategic capabilities and internationalization. For this reason, 48 documents published between 2017 and 2021 were examined. The development of this review was supported by a search of all the studies available in the Scopus, ScienceDirect y Google Scholar through the Vosviewer program. The results of this research showed that capabilities and internationalization are topics whose study has increased in the last ten years, diving into topics such as dynamic capabilities, innovation, and human resources.
