The objective of this monograph is to interpret, from biopolitics, the building of a State Racism in Germany through immigration policy under the leadership of Angela Merkel (2005-2014). Over three sections it is presented in an organized way biopolitics theory developed by Michel Foucault, with its postulates and main concepts, highlighting the concept of State Racism. Also, it sets out briefly the history of immigration in Germany, its current Immigration Act and Nationality Acy. This way it can be analyzed that Germany has built a State Racism, from the theoretical view of Foucault’s biopolitics, through the consolidation of existing immigration policy in that State (2005-2014), which brings together the topic of international regular migration.
