This researches development under a hypothesis, which it was to verify it by evidence found on two sources. This hypothesis is: The discourse ethics that found in the books is different ethics human behaviors or behavior of businessman in special Colombian’s businessman. Articles chosen are of five newspapers or magazines like El Tiempo, El Espectador, Portafolio, Semana magazine, Cambio Magazine. These newspaper or magazines have that to be distribution around main cities of Colombia. So for unify time of studio, I chose second semester on 2008, it revised all articles that had anyway the follow words: Ethics, "Corporate responsibility", inequality labor "," corruption labor "," reality labor "," nonconformance labor "and" reform labor would be revised. These words are not exclusions. Also developed a survey like second means of evidence, for to measure which was perception of the people; by was designed ten questions with closed answers, where only answer was: “yes” or “Not”. However ten question also is interpretative, already that has a “why?, about ethics is action o not. Surveys, is intended to understand, and compare if what they say academic ethical speeches, differ with the reality found in the perception of the common people who are those who answered the survey.
