La contribución del PNUD y la OACNUDH en la formulación de una política pública integral de DD.HH. y DIH durante la primera administración de Juan Manuel Santos (2010-2014)
This research aims to study the influence of United Nations agencies, UNDP and OHCHR, in the formulation of public policy in Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law in Colombia between 2010 and 2014. It argues that the international cooperation provided by the UNDP and OHCHR, through its technical assistance, influenced determinedly in the process of formulating public policy on HR and IHL during the first government of Juan Manuel Santos. This allowed not only a change in the way of building public policies, but in the way the HR situation in the country is discussed, taking into account the situation of the peace negotiations with FARC.
