Responsabilidad del Estado colombiano en materia de Derechos Humanos, respecto al delito de trata de personas y su relación con: la desaparición forzada y la tortura
The purpose of this study is to carry out a jurisprudential interpretation of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights and the European Court of Human Rights since 2000 to 2020, in order to determine in which cases forced disappearance and torture have been related to human trafficking. Also, the relationship of the violation of the aforementioned rights, with the international responsibility of the Governments in the field of human rights in the correlation to the obligations acquired by them with the ratification of different Conventions since 2002, when the Palermo Protocol was adopted for Colombia. As well as to establish the fulfillment of the duty of prevention and diligence assumed by the Governments to protect and assist the victims of the crime of trafficking. This study seeks to determine whether the measures implemented by the Colombian Government for the protection and guarantee of human rights have been sufficient to confront this crime in terms of human rights.
