Work aims to plant, from a critical point of view, the influence of political and economic system in judicial decisions, explain how the judicial and administrative authorities have interpreted the rules of the competition sistem in Colombia, specifically the case of Article 7 of Act 256 of 1996. And wonder, if depending on the method of interpretation that is based, strengthen the liberal economic model, especially the adoption of the arguments underpinning the decision.
