The text proposes a justice mechanism from memory: it is the Mennonic Justice System. The proposal explains the different types of injustices that can be caused when harm occurs (the original injustice and the injustice of insignificance), the way in which they are related, their differences and the response that from the justice of memory is offered to through commemorative and anamnestic justice. Finally, the whole proposal applies to the case of the disappeared of the Palace of Justice.
