The Pacific Alliance is essentially a strategy to expand markets, to deepening free trade and strengthen the economy of Peru, Colombia, Chile and Mexico members of the Alliance. Undoubtedly, the purpose of this agreement is to achieve free movement of goods, services and capital assets with a view to enhancing the competitiveness of the countries members. An example of this, are government procurement, which it will be a new chapter with Peru and it will strengthe with Mexico an Chile. It will allow colombian companies to compete on equal terms with local companies and make easier to facilitate public procurement thanks to greater transparency required by the agreement. Likewise, this document will be a guide for colombian companies that want to explore new business oportunities with the goverment of the countries members of the alliance.
