This proposal seeks to open spaces for inclusion, where the population with and without disabilities of Mosquera, are related in a sociocultural environment through artistic workshops and dialogue tables, which allow effective two-way communication between the aforementioned communities, the result of this exercise will be reflected in an inclusive flashmob. This cultural project is developed in favor of the inclusion of the community with disabilities, the positive recognition of difference, and the general well-being of the community, it aims to offer spaces that allow them to have an active social and cultural participation, contributing to the construction of citizenship, allowing them to participate in artistic and cultural activities that in turn help to sensitize the entire population, regarding the different types of disabilities and their way of being treated
