This project pretends to analyze the effect of the economic world crisis that occurred in 2008, in the environmental cooperation coming from Canada, promoter throughout history in terms of environment, towards Mexico, state which has been presenting environmental inconveniences among time. This topic results relevant due to the importance that has been given to environmental issues recently because it affects directly the people who inhabit the states. Due to this recent concern, the concept of Environmental Cooperation arises and develops to be one of the most important issues in the international political agenda. Based on the previous issues, this text pretends to identify the influence of such crisis in the Environmental Cooperation between Canada and Mexico, and therefore demonstrate the negative impacts that this relationship suffered.
