International trade is essential to the economic development of some countries; currently free trade treaties are a resource that is currently used in many countries to monetize. Since it was signed in 2013 the free trade agreement between Colombia and the Republic of Korea it grew an interest in developing a research, because of the few that have been done on this subject, which will approach the opportunities that will arise to the national economy with that treaty. It is determined with the research, according to the supply of Colombian production, which are the real opportunities the country needs to take advantage of with respect to its agricultural sector.
