Las manifestaciones del poder constituyente y el poder constituido en la construcción de consejos comunales en el Estado Táchira, Venezuela (2005 - 2012)
This bachelor thesis seeks to provide a number of elements to facilitate the analysis on the evolution process of contemporary Venezuela’s communal councils. Due to its distinctive and remarkable features, the specific case that has been chosen is that of the Táchira state. The focus is set on the main characteristics and action modalities of the key actors involved in the process. Based on some theoretical approaches made by Antonio Negri – especially on the key concepts of constituent power and constituted power –, this thesis analyzes different aspects related to the interaction logic built between those key actors. It is stated, that the cooperation-confrontation dynamic that defines those interactions, could be analyzed through the dualism that the manifestations of constituent power and constituted power construct. This aspect offers a series of important elements in order to better understand the communal councils’ phenomenon.
