The main goal of this paper is to explain how the Millennium Development Goals Achievement Fund (MDG-F) contributed to the establishment of gender policies in Morocco. As a result of the dynamics of interdependence in the 70s, became evident that some states can not protect Human Rights, especially the women´s rights, for this reason the supranational organizations initiated cooperative ties with states to contribute the dissemination and enforcement of this subject. Such is the case of Morocco, where between 2008 and 2012, the MDG-F implemented a program to promote the establishment of gender policies by the empowerment of women, in doing so it contributed to the process initiated by the Moroccan government to strengthen the regulatory framework and enhance the situation of women and girls in the country.
