This research was analyzed the key notions of Colombian territorial fiscal control and describes the mechanisms of fiscal control introduced in the (law 1474/2011) to see the relevance and conduciveness in solving the fiscal control problems in the department of Boyaca, taking into account the analysis of management reports and results of the Boyaca Control Entity.
